HE WAS TRYING TO PRY LOOSE A CABLE ON THE DRAGLINE. AS HE WAS PRYING ON THE CABLE IT SLIPPED OFF OF THE PRYBAR. THIS CAUSED THE THUMB ON HIS LEFT HAND TO GET LODGED BETWEEN THE CAB OF THE DRAG LINE AND THE PRYBAR.
HE WAS WORKING ON 657 ENGINE PULLING ON 2" PIPE WITH 3/4" RACHET. RACHET SIPPED OFF OF PIPE HITTING LEFT SHOULDER & KNEE.
