EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A ROCK DRILL. HE STOPPED THE DRILL WHEN HE NOTICED A PULL DOWN CHAIN ABOUT TO BREAK. HE CALLED FOR A MECHANIC AND WHILE HE WAS WATCHING THE MECHANIC FIX THE CHAIN, A PIE CE OF RUST FELL INTO HIS EYE.
