INJURED EMPLOYEE IS THE MECHANIC. HE WAS PUTTING ON THE BELLY PAN OF #1 D-9G CATERPILLAR DOZER. HE WAS TIGHTENING DOWN THE BOLTS USING A SMALL BAR TO HOLD THE HEADS OF THE BOLTS FROM TURNING. THE BAR SLIPPED LETTING THE BOLTT TURN, TRAPPING HIS SECOND FINGER ON THE RIGHT HAND BETWEEN THE HEAD OF THE BOLT AND THE FRAME OF THE DOZER, CUTTING THE TIP END OF HIS FINGER.
