EE & COWORKER WERE CLEANING A HOT COAL DUST BUILDUP OUT OF THE #4 DRYER CHUTE. WHEN THEY SHOVELED THE DUST INTO A BARREL, THE HOT DUST SPLASHED BACK ONTO BOTH EMPLOYEES, CAUSING 1ST DEGREE BURNS.
Employee and co-worker were cleaning a hot coal dust build up out of the #4 dryer chute. When the ee's shoveled the dust into a barrel the hot dust splashed back onto the ee causing 1st degree burns.
THE EE WAS TAKING A WHIZZER OUT OF A ROLLER MILL AND PUSHED ON A WRENCH WITH HIS FOOT, STRAINING HIS LOWER BACK.
EE WAS CLOSING A SLIDE GATE ON A RAILCAR WITH A BAR AND HAMMER, EE WAS PUSHING ON THE BAR AND HITTING THE SLIDE WITH A HAMMER. THE BAR SLIPPED AND THE HAMMER HIT HIM IN THE HEAD.
