EMPLOYEE WAS KNOCKING THE BALLS OUT OF A COUNTERSHJAFT BEARNING ON A MANITOWOC MODEL 4600 DRAGLINE, SERIAL 46203 WITH A HAMMER AND CHISEL. A PIECE OF STEEL CHIPPED OFF ONE OF THE BALLS AND PEN ETRATED THE SKIN OF EMPLOYEE\S LEFT FOREARM JUST ABOVE THE WRIST.
