MR. ROSS WAS DRIVING A ROOF BOLT INTO THE GROUND WITH A SLEDGE HAMMER. HE MISSED THE HEAD OF THE BOLT BUT CAUGHT HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE SLEDGE HAMMER HANDLE & THE ROOF BOLT CAUSING THE INJURY HE WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL & RECEIVED 10 STITCHES IN FINGER.
