EMPLOYEE WAS TRYING TO BURST A PIECE OF COAL & ROCK TO FREE THE BELTLINE NEAR THE TAILPIECE. WHEN HE SWUNG THE SLEDGE HAMMER HE MISSED THE COAL & ROCK AND THE HAMMER WENT ONTO THE BELTLINE. TH E JERK FROM WHERE HE MISSED THE COAL & ROCK CAUSED HIM TO STRAIN A MUSCLE IN HIS LOWER BACK.
