WHILE REPAIRING SHUTTLE CAR WHEEN UNIT, THE INJURED WAS USING A HAMMER AND CHISEL TO LOOSEN THE BOLTS. A PIECE OF METAL BROKE OFF AND STRUCK HIM IN THE RIGHT EYE. THE AREA WAS 38 INCHES HIGH A ND THE BOTTOM WAS WET.
