THE #1 BELT HAD RAN OFF THE STRUCTURE AT A LOCATION OF ABOUT 900' INSIDE. THE TOP BELT WAS LYING ON THE WALKWAY FOR A DISTANCE OF ABOUT 200'. IT WAS BEING LIFTED BACK ONTO THE TOP STRUCTURE US ING SLATE BARS AND CHANNEL LOCKS AND USING THEIRSHOULDERS TO PUSH THE BELT UP & OVER THE STRUCTURE.
