THE EMPLOYEE WAS USING A POCKET KNIFE TO REMOVE A WIRE TIE FROM AN ELECTRICAL CABLE. THE TIE BROKE AND THE KNIFE SLIPPED, WHICH CUT THE LEFT THUMB.
