INJURED WAS SWINGING A SLEDGE HAMMER WHEN HE FELT A SHARP PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK. INJURED WENT TO CHIROPRACTOR FOR TREATMENT TO RELAX MUSCLES AND RE-ALINE THE SPINE. ONE WEEK LIMITED DUTY STA RTING 9-16-83 THEN SHOULD HAVE NO LASTING PROBLEMS.
