ON HIS SECOMND TO THE LAST DAY OF EMPLOYMENT,EMPLOYEE DECIDED TO DO SOME LAST MINUTE WORK BY USING A SLEDGE HAMMER TO BREAK UP SOME CEMENT IN PVC PIPES.USE OF THE HAMMER CAUSED TENDONITIS IN H IS ELBOW.A PHYSICAN WHICH THE EMPLOYEE SAW ON 05002-89 STATED THAT EMPLOYEE COULD HAVE CONTINUED TO DO WORK INVOLVED AT THE SITE,HAD HE NOT BEEN TERMINATED ON 05-01-89.
