EMPLOYEE WAS DIGGING FROZEN MUD OUT OF GRIZZLY CHUTE AT THE CRUSHER WITH A SHOP-MADE DIGGIN SPADE, ADN APPARENTLY THE DIGGINGMOTION PUT A STRAIN ON EMPLOYEE'S RIGHT SHOULDER. EMPLOYEE WAS DIG GING ON THIS OFF AND ON FOR APPROX 3 HRS, WITH OTHER EMPLOYEE'S TAKING TURNS. HE DID NOT SAY ANYTHING WAS WRONG TIL THE FOLLOWING MORNING 12-17-92.
