Cone had bridged over, employee's were using pry bar to dislodge and clear out cone. Injured was using bar to pry rocks loose and clear a hole. The bar rebounded back and struck him in the palm of left hand.

Caught corner opening of door with hammer, causing it to ricochet over and hit right thumb. Thumb was broke - cracked by knuckle and chipped by joint.
