The crew was changing a bearing on the sand stacker. The come-along was being used it snapped and hit employees hand, took a chunk out of index finger on left hand.

THE CONE GOT PLUGGED WITH ROCK & DIRT (FROZEN). EE USED A PRY BAR TO UNPLUG IT. THE BAR SNAPPED, SPRINGING BACK AND HITTING HIS RIGHT HAND BETWEEN THUMB AND POINTER FINGER.
