MR. ANDREWS WAS USING A HAMMER AND CHISEL TO REMOVE AN INNER BUSHING FROM AN ELEVATOR SCREW CASING. A SLIVER OF METAL BROKE OFF THE CHISEL AND BECAME IMBEDDED IN THE INDEX FINGER OF HIS RI GHT HAND.

EMP HAD BEEN USING A HYDRAULIC JACK BENEATH A ROCK CRUSHER WHILE UNJAMMING THE CRUSHER WHEN REMOVING THE JACK HE TILTED IT TO OPNE SIDE AND IT F ELL OVER PINCHING HIS HAND. HE RELIEVED A CUT ON THE PALM OF HIS LEFT REQUIRING 2 STITCHES
