EMPLOYEE WAS PULLING A 3-15/16" BEARING HOUSING UP TO THE TOP OF C-1 WITH A 1/4" ROPE BY HAND. THE ROPE SLIPPED OUT OF HIS HAND. REGRABBING THE ROPE CAUSED TENSION TO THE BACK MUSCLES.
