I NAME WAS STANDING NEAR ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WHO WAS DRIVING A LARGE PIN INTO A DUMP CYLINDER OF ST13 LOADER. WHEN IT WAS HIT BY THE HAMMER. THE PIN SPLINTERED AND I NAME WAS STRUCK ABOVE THE LE FT KNEE WITH A PIECE OF STEEL.
