While cleaning out a rip-rap chute with pry bar a rock moved and the pry bar struck the employee on the right shoulder. Xray was negative. Slight bruise to right shoulder.
Ee was clearing diester of rock that was blocking passage. He was using a sledge hammer, the handle broke, causing right hand to strike rock.
DOING MAINTENANCE WORK, WAS CUTTING JAW BELT WITH RAZOR KNIFE & IT SLIPPED DUE TO WET CONDITIONS & LACERATED FINGERS.
