TIGHTENING THE TRUNION BOLTS DOWN ON D9 CAT AND IN DOING SO, FELT PAIN IN LEFT SHOULDER. I WAS USING A RATCHET AND CHEATER PIPE AT THE TIME. THE PULLING MOTION RESULTED IN THE SHOULDER INJURY.

ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS INJURED BY APRY BAR BEING FORCED DOWN ON GRIZZLY BARS OF A GRIZZLY/SCREEN PORTION OF A JAW CRUSHER UNIT.WHEN INJURED EMPLOYEE PULLED PRY BAR AWAY,GRIZZLY BARS RELEASED AND PRY BAR BAR WAS SUDDENLY FREE.THE END OF THE PRY BAR STRUCK THIS EMPLOYEE IN THE SHIN OF HIS RIGHT LEG.THIS CAUSED A LACERATION,REQUIRED TWO SUTURES.
