EE was running the button house when a big rock plungged the throat of the feeder. He attempted to break the rock with a 12# sledge hammer and pry with a bar to allow the rock a position where it would go on into the crusher.

EE NOTICED A BUILD-UP OF MATERIAL IN A TRANSFER CHUTE. HE BROKE IT LOOSE. THE MATERIAL BLOCKED THE PATH OF THE REST OF THE MATERIAL. HE MOVED TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE CHUTE TO REMOVE THE BLOCK AGE. IT BROKE LOOSE AND THE MATERIAL PUSHED THE SHOVEL DOWN AND SLAMMED HIS HAND INTO A BRACE OVER HEAD.
