While cutting a belt at the wash plant with a small razor knife the employee slipped resulting in cutting the top of his left hand. Went to local medical facility, received tetanus/diphtheria vaccination and four stitches. Did not loose time returned directly to work.

HE WAS TAKEN TO THE E.R. & HE RECEIVED STITCHES. EE SAID THE MATERIAL WAS ALREADY SCORED & HE WAS TRYING TOO QUICKLY. HE TOOK HIS GLOVE OFF SO HE COULD GRIP THE RUBBER MORE FIRMLY & THEN HE PULLED THE KNIFE TOWARD HIMSELF & SLIPPED.
