EMPLOYEE WAS PUTTING A CLUTCH IN THE SHOVEL. HE WAS USING A BAR TO PRIZE THE DRUM AND THE BAR SLIPPED AND CAUGHT HIS LITTLE FINGER BETWEEN THE CAB OF THE SHOVEL AND THE BAR, CUTTING AND BREAK ING HIS LEFT LITTLE FINGER.
