EMPLOYEE WAS LOADING RAILCARS WITH ROCKS TO BE RAILED TO FLORIDA. HE WAS TRYING TO MANUALLY MOVE A CAR FORWARD TO EVENLY DISTRIBUTE THE MATERIAL WITH A METAL BAR. THE BAR SLIPPED HE LOST HIS F OOTING & FELL BACKWARDS HITTING HIS BACK ON THE RAILCAR.
