THE INJURED AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WERE WORKING TO FREE A CONVEYOR BELT FROM SOME GRATING. NO MACHINERY WAS IN OPERATION AT THE TIME. THE PRY BAR THEY WERE USING SLIPPED, MASHING HIS FINGER.
