INJURED WAS HOLDING PIN IN PLACE ON BOOM ARM OF 560 LOADER WHEN A COWORKER ACCIDENTALLY STRUCK HIS FINGER WITH A HAMMER.
EE WAS SECURING TARP ON ROLL OFF BOXES OF WASTE MATERIAL. HE BENT DOWN ON ONE KNEE AND WAS USING A RATCHET TO TIGHTEN DOWN TARP. THE JERKING ACTION OF TIGHTENING, CAUSED HIM TO EXPERIENCE PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK.
