Splitting stone with hammer & chisel, piece of metal chisel hit/cut right cheek-cleaned/peroxide/firstaid was applied & nothing appeared to be in cut. The following 2 days cut remained the same. 6/24/11 the cut was black and blue and swollen. 6/24/11 x-ray did show small metal piece in cheek, to be removed today 6/27/11

Showing all 3Cleaning a piece of stone with a hammer and chisel when a piece of stone flew up under safety glass and into eye (left) and stuck. Tried to flush out - wouldn't move. Then went to doctors. Doctor removed piece of stone. Prescribed eye drops & released.
STRUCK SPLITTING WEDGE WITH HAMMER, HAMMER BOUNCED OFF SPLITTING WEDGE AND STRUCK LEFT HAND. SWELLING OCCURRED, BRUISING.
