Showing all 3Employee was carrying a 48 inch pipe wrench with his right hand and a 15# hammer on his left shoulder. EE started to bring down the hammer and lost control and the hammer fell onto his right hand that was holding the pipe wrench. EE's has a fracture metacarpal on his right hand. EE has been put on light duty and his next doctors appointment is in 10 days.
While using a pry bar to re-install the 1/2" cable on the dredge winch the pry bar slipped causing the EE to hit his left leg on the deck.
