Cleaning stone with hammer & chisel. Piece of stone hit right eye.
Hooked bungee cord to pull guard that was rubbing on block saw blade. Cord came unhooked and hit EE in right eye. Employee felt okay. Three days later, when it was windy, eye became irritated. Went to optometrist on fourth day. Follow up appointment May 5, 2022.
