The miner was giving maintenance to a mobile equip. While holding with his two hands a wrench, he applied force in an upward direction. When his elbows were at his shoulder level he made an extra effort to loosen the part. As a consequence of the strength applied, he reports to have felt a sudden pain in his neck and back muscles.
