EE ACCIDENT HAPPEN AT 100 PM ON 2-6-01. HE CHRASHED HIS INDEX FINGER ON HIS LEFT HAND. HE DROPPED A PIECE OF PIPE ON HIS FINGER WHILE TRYING TO GET A SEAL OUT OF THE CARRIER BEARING FOR 966E L OADER. HE HAD TO GO TO THE DR TO RELEASE THE BLOOD FROM HIS INDEX FINGER, AND WAS GIVEN A SOLUTION TO SOAK HIS FINGER IN. NO LOST TIME FROM WORK JUST A PRECRPITION WAS GIVEN TO HIM.
