MECHANICS WERE REMOVING COUNTERWEIGHT BOLTS ON A 345 EXCAVATOR, WHEN ONE OF THE MECHANICS DROPPED A PIPE WRENCH, WHICH STRUCK HIM IN THE FOREHEAD ABOVE HIS LEFT EYE. HIS PUPILS WERE UNEV EN, SO HE WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL.
