Contractor was replacing the cable on his drill. As he was trying to get the cable off the pulley, he used a pry bar to pull out the cable. While he was applying force, the pry bar slipped and struck him on the left eye brow. The brow line was cut and he received two stitches.

employee was shoveling material on to a conveyor belt, turned his body wrong and strained the left shoulder and a possible partial tear of the left bicep.

Contractor Welder failed to keep his finger from a pinch point between the hammer handle he was swinging and the steel members he was removing from a screen. He smashed the little finger of his right hand incurring a contusion and separation of finger tip from bone.
