EE was installing hosing rubber on a screen and when he cut the rubber, he followed through and cut his left thumb. Has some stitches in thumb. Back to work same day at regular job.

Showing all 4When trying to remove a bushing with a hammer and punch, the hammer hit the edge of the fender and made him miss the punch and hit his left hand. Bruised the left hand near the thumb. He went to the emergency room for x-rays. No broken bone but was given antibiotics. He then came back to work.
He was changing a chute liner, when the wrench slipped and his hand struck the chute liner and cut his little finger. He went to urga-care, they stitched it up and he was back at work in less than one hour. No light duty, no lost time. Reportable because of the stitches.
Wrench slipped and cut little finger on edge of guard. Checked at emergency room. The xray showed a chipped bone. They put a bandage and a splint on it and put him on light duty for four days. He is now back on full duty.
