Injured employee was assisting another employee tighten a drill water swivel when the pipe wrench slipped off the swivel and caused the employee to lose EE's balance and swing the wrench backward toward injured employee, striking the EE on the left cheek with the end of the pipe wrench handle. This caused a facial laceration that required wound closing sutures.
