Showing all 5EE was holding a hammer against a pump while another EE was hitting with another hammer to drive a pump back onto a bolt machine. A piece of metal broke off, striking EE in the hand.
EE was standing beside feeder, watching a co-worker use a come-along to put conveyor chain back together, when the chain slipped & hit EE on the right cheek, causing him to get 7 stitches.
EE was cutting zip ties loose that were holding cable in place on the high wall miner. When he cut a zip tie the knife continued on and cut his left hand. EE rec. 4 stitches.
