While cutting out a patch from belting, EE cut self with the utility knife EE was using. EE did not have gloves on at the time of the accident. I am a owner operator semi driver, i was dropping off a load of front loader buckets and had got to the unloading area and was proceeding to unchain the load. I was on my trailer using a bar to undo the binders so i could take the chain off and the bar flew off the end of the binder and struck me in the face. Crew was pressing dies into place on jaw using a portapower. Portapower unit broke, which caused the die to swing out and roll employee's foot, which caused the steel in the steel-toe boot to pinch foot.
