Employee was removing a pump impeller from shaft with a pipe wrench. While straining to breaks threads loose employee felt a discomfort in lower abdomen. Monday morning employee reported it to mine management and went to the doctor and they think it is torn lower abdominal muscles.

A mechanic was installing a track pin with a hammer when a piece of the pin broke off and embedded into the employee's arm. The employee removed the object and was taken to urgent care where they received three stitches.
Employee was using a 5' long bar to lock a cam on a rail car door when EE lost footing and fell forward catching self with EE's hands on the ground. The rock bar fell to the tracks and leveraged the end up striking EE on the chin. EE received a 2" laceration requiring 5 stitches to close.
