The cut went through the skin to the edge of the muscle. Injured was not scheduled for work until after the release date of 08/02/2015. Injured was able to return on his next scheduled shift.
INJURED WAS CHANGING A WHEEL BEARING ON A DAMASCUS LIL MAC BATTERY RIDE. WHILE KNOCKING THE WHEEL BEARING RACE INTO THE REAR-END THE RACE BROKE AND SENT A PIECE OF THE RACE INTO HIS LEFT ARM. THIS LEFT A PIECE OF STEEL UNDER THE SKIN ON HIS LEFT ARM.
