The individual was between the belts changing the roller and the top belt pushed EE's head into the structure causing a laceration to EE's right ear and a fracture to EE's skull.
While using a knife to cut neoprene, the individual's right hand slipped and caused the knife to cut left hand between the thumb and palm.
