EE stated that EE was preparing to build a stopping and was cutting the nylon bands off a pallet of blocks with a knife. The knife slipped and cut EE's left thumb and required 4 sutures.
EE stated a rock had fouled under the conveyor chain. EE got a slate bar and climbed up on the CM to pry it out. The slate bar suddenly slipped causing EE to pull their back.

IE and another EE were dislodging the manifold from the water line which was hung from the top. IE was holding the manifold while chain was hooked around it and other EE was hitting it with a sledgehammer. Once the manifold broke free, the chain unhooked and the manifold unexpectedly fell on IE's hand causing IE's right thumb to hit a belt structure bolt.
Using a slate bar to shift a track rail over to install track ties and had pain in groin area.
