Mechanic needed to cut the sample tubing to the right length, in the process of cutting the tubing the knife slipped, cutting the mechanics left ring finger. The mechanic was seen at Campbell County Health ER where they administered 10 stitches to EE's left ring finger. A work as tolerated release was given, the mechanic has not missed any scheduled shifts.

An MRI determined a torn rotator cuff. Surgery was performed on 01/21/2021 which is the first scheduled shift the employee has missed.
When replacing the control arms on the front of 21.4567 service truck the mechanic was using a pry bar to get the control arm into place when the bar slipped off the control arm causing the control arm to fall on EE's left thumb causing a fracture to the tip of the thumb bone.
Employee arm-fingers swelled 1 hour after using torque wrench, taken to ER received work as tolerated release. 4/01 ESM notified, employee would need shoulder surgery 05/06. ESM disputed claim, 06/05 WC review surgery payment denied. 9/29 ESM notified by State of Wyoming Medical Commission honored in favor of employee WC claim, shoulder injury linked to incident on 01/15/20
