EE was crimping a new hoist cable when they felt a pop in their right bicep. Initially reported as an Ache and Pain. EE went to see doctor on 2/28/25 and was given restrictions

Employee was closing bottom hatches on a hopper car. One hatch was hard to close and couldn't get it with the small bar. Employee had to get a bigger to help get it close. Afterwards employee felt muscle/groin pain on left side. This was reported as an ache and pain, employee went to see doctor on 6/7/2024.

While working on hopper and belt B485 the employee's elbow popped while pulling on a wrench. 12/21/2022 employee reported the incident to management as an ache and pain. 1/4/2023 employee went to see the doctor and was provided restrictions.

Using a 12 foot long ice pick to dislodge material inside hopper to fall. EE got a sharp and a warm sensation in that area, came and left? End of shift sore shoulder but felt ok.
