EMPLOYEE WAS US3NG A RATCHET TO TIGHTEN A SHEET METAL SCREW WHILE INSTALLING FIBERGLASS SHEETING ON A COOLER HOOD. THE SOCKET SLIPPED OFF THE SCREW AND THE EMPLOYEE STRUCK HIS HAND ON THE DGE OF THE FIBERGL5SS.EMPLOYEES LITTLE FINGER OF LEFT HAND WAS LACERATED AND RECEIVED THREE STITCHES.

THE INJURIED EMPLOYEE AND TWO OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE ROLLING A ROLL OF RUBBER BELTING (APPROX. 100 LBS) ON THE GROUND AND WERE ATTEMPTING TO ROLL THE BELTING OVER A PIECE OF 6" CHANNEL IRON. MOR GAN WAS USING A PRY-BAR TO KEEP THE BELT FROM ROLLING BACKWARD. THE ROLL OF BELT ROLLED BACKARD STRIKING THE PRY-BAR THAT MORGAN WAS HOLDING KNOCKING HIM TO THE GROUND.
