Employee was using a chipping hammer when a piece of metal broke loose and hit him in the cheek.

A conveyor belt split in half. During the repair, a wedge was used to lift a hopper. When the wedge was knocked out it struck the employee on the right cheek causing a 1.5 cm laceration.
