ROBERT ADAMS WAS SWINING A 2 LB HAMMER AND HIS WRIST POPPED. HE FIRST THOUGH HE SPRAINED IT AND 4-8-83 FOUND OUT IT WAS EITHER FRACTURED OR DISLOCATED. THE 1ST LOST WORK DAY WAS ON 4-18-83.
