INJURED WAS HELPING TO SPLICE A BELT AND WAS TIGHTENING A NUT WHEN THE WRENCH SLIPPED CAUSING HIM TO STRIKE HIS HAND ON THE LID OF THE CONVEYOR WHICH CUT HIS 5TH FINGER AND REQUIRED THREE STIT CHES TO CLOSE.
