EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING A TOOTH FROM THE SHOVEL BUCKET. HE HIT THE TOOTH WITH A SLEDGE HAMMER AND A SLIVER OF METAL FLEW OFF OF THE TOOTH HITTING HIM IN THE UPPER RIGHT LEG ABOUT 1/2 WAY BETWEEN THE KNEE AND WAIST.
