EMPLOYEE WAS PULLING ON A TORQUE REDUCER TO LOOSEN BOLTS ON THE AXLE OF A 570 LOADER.HE PUT HIS FFET ON THE SIDE OF THE FRAME AND PULLED ON THE FLEX HANDLE.IT SPRUNG BACK AND EMPLOYEE STRAINED HIS ABCK.
