WHILE CHANGING SCREENS, EMPLOYEE WAS TIGHTENING A BOLT. THE RATCHET SLIPPED CAUSING HIS RIGHT ELBOW TO HIT 2 SMALL BOLTS BRUISING IT. AT E.R DOCTOR ADVISED WORK FOR ONE WEEK, IMMOBILIZED ELBOW & PUT ARM IN A SLING. TYLENOL AS NEEDED FOR PAINONE WEEK LATER HIS HAND WAS SHAKING SO INDEFINITE RETURN TO WORK DATE.
